  1. Grim Dawn Sentinel Retaliation

Grim Dawn is an action role-playing game for the PC, developed by veterans of Iron Lore Entertainment, the creators of Titan Quest. Enter an apocalyptic fantasy world where humanity is on the brink of extinction, iron is valued above gold and trust is hard earned. Grim Dawn システム要件, Grim Dawn 最小システム要件, 最低系统需求, Grim Dawn スペック. Area of Darkness: Sentinel.

Having enough AoE damage to keep down his beasties while damaging him is helpful so you don't get over run.He does primarily poison and fire I believe, so if you don't have those resists capped. Cap them. When he throws up one of those pulsating green crystals, kite him away from it. Supposedly gives him massive buffs if he is near it.Speaking of kiting: Most of his attacks cause him to stop and stand still for a moment, so while he is very fast, it is possible to constantly back away from him. So, I'm in no way what you'd call an expert, but I have a few remarks:- your DA seems a little lowish, are you getting critted?- no Markovian's advantage nor Zolhan's technique.

They deal%Weapon damage, should be good with your Physical to Chaos build, and provide some AoE- I don't think Fighting Form is good for you, you only really take advantage of the 'chance to pass through ennemies', seems not worth it for the skill point investment.- your health is really low, some points in Military Conditioning should help, and also in Warcry.- Blood of Dreeg is a bit weird in that build, since you don't deal Acid damage. If you want some health leeching attack, isn't Sigil of Consumption with Destruction the way to go?- you have several piece of gear with Elemental damage, seems not usefull, since your two main damage types are Physical and Chaos.- same for Devotions, why Viper? Here is what I came up with, no Chariot of Death, but Ghoul instead, couple changes here and there to get Dying God and Chaos side of Abomination long-term:Edit: Devotion tree should resemble somehting like that at your stage. With a ranged weapon and poor AoE you might have a lot of trouble. The Sentinel by himself can reduce your damage by 75% and one of the summons can give you a 75% impaired aim debuff (ouch!) and - that's before any other potential debuffs and buffs get involved. You should try removing points from Cadence and/or Fighting Spirit and max Deadly Momentum first - it is the best part of the Cadence line since that effects all three hits any anything else you do in the mean time, not just every third hit. I don't know if Fighting Spirit changes the balance on that decision for ranged Cadence, though - maybe it does.

I can't offer more specific advice about The Sentinel himself - I don't remember much about what kind of trouble he's given me in the past except as a pet build.Grimtools (Grimcalc is something else, an obsolete tool) doesn't calculate DPS. DPS shown in game is kind of a red herring - doesn't matter unless you're comparing to the same skill on an almost identical build. Thanks guys, for the build I am following this, it seems lots of people agree to it.I do not have experience with the Soldier skills you mention, but piercing through ennemies helps a lot to clear mobs faster, which is my main problem.Health still low, and yes I started Military Conditionning and plan to invest in it more, I focused on maxing all my res with gear first.Blood of Dreg keeps me alive, short cooldown and high regen. My Chaos damage bonus is north of 800%, I do not chase Elemental damage gear. But why DPS is a red herring? Should not it be a universal metric of how a character hits?? Sheet dps doesn't show many things like resist reduction into negatives, skills which hit multiple times, item/devotion procs, etc. It is rarely going to be accurate to compare dps unless you are comparing the exact weapon type and skill combination against each other. The only realistic way to get a picture of your dps is to use a high hp benchmark and compare kill times. Which is why often on build guides you will often see how long a build will kill a boss like Mad Queen, so as to get an idea of what actual dps it is doing.

@ Gui: the build you linked uses Grimcalc, which is no longer up-to-date. Just check the Viper devotion I was talking about, it's no longer the same bonuses, and the current ones do not fit your build, the main pro for Viper is the - Elemental resist at the end, which is almost useless for you.In general, that post is too old to be reliable, it's more than one year old.

Dawn

Also, even if the responses are quite positive, it's the first build posted by this user, so take it with a grain of salt. Now I don't want to dismiss it entirely, because to be frank, I'm not that knowledgeable myself, but don't follow a guide entirely, especially not regarding skill points.I agree with Matthew, Deadly Momentum is far more important than Cadence. The thing is, it's a passive buff that activates when you attack, so your sheet dps out of combat is hugely misleading. Use sheet dps to upgrade your gear one piece at a time, but always keep in mind that some factors are hard to evaluate. For example, a piece of gear might seem like a loss of dps but brings a '% on attack' proc that brings far more to the table, even damage-wise.As for piercing through enemies, the thing is that only one point in Fighting Form brings 33% chance. Any point past that will bring far far less and is harder to justify (harder, but not impossible).

You gotta love GD, it's really like a science ^^I'll give a shot a rebalancing the Solider skills and Devotions and see what happensI thought my amulet was totally awesome with 32% dmg reflection. Am I mislead again? My res. Are almost all maxed at Elite (I'll get Outcast ointments to boost Aetherial res.), I really paid attention to that and except those Challenge bosses, nothing really hurts me.The gear is what it is, it's my first playthrough and I am highly dependant on drops. As for Symbol of Solalel, I'll get it right away indeed, sweet add-on that I totally overlooked.I do not find Seal of the Void though.
